Josh New is a former Division I athlete, Registered Dietitian, and Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist with dual master’s degrees in Nutrition and Dietetics. He’s worked with elite organizations like the San Francisco 49ers and San Jose Earthquakes — but today, his passion is helping busy professionals finally achieve results that stick.
